Welcome to Zikula

Zikula is a weblog/content management system (CMS). It is far more secure and stable than competing products, and is able to work in high-volume environments with ease.

Some of the key features of Zikula are:

  • customization of all aspects of the web site's appearance through themes, with support for CSS stylesheets
  • the ability to specify items as being suitable for either a single language or for all languages
  • the best guarantee of properly displaying your web pages in all browsers, thanks to full compliance with W3C HTML standards
  • a standard API (application programming interface) and extensive documentation to allow for easy extension of your web site's functionality through modules and blocks.

Zikula has a very active developer and support community at zikula.org.

Alternatively, get started right away!

You are currently not logged in. You can log in using the administration user details you set up during the installation process using the login block (on the right, normally), or alternatively using the login screen. Once you are logged in you will see an Administration link in the Main Menu (normally located in the top left), and this link will give you access to the administration panel.

Finally, to remove this module and start working on your site...

Simply go to the administration panel, click the System tab, and enter the Settings section. To place a different module's output on the homepage, change the start page module setting. You can remove this module through the 'Modules' administration section whever you wish, but until you do so, this module will always be available through the link index.php?module=Tour.
